Supply Chain

Everlane structures its supply chain around transparency and ethical production, broken down into three key stages: sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery.

Sourcing

Everlane begins by sourcing high-quality raw materials such as cotton, denim, and recycled fabrics from trusted global suppliers. The brand prioritizes sustainability by working with mills and farms that meet strict environmental and quality standards, with an increasing focus on responsibly sourced and lower-impact materials.

Manufacturing

Production takes place in carefully selected factories around the world, including Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Everlane builds long-term relationships with these factories and ensures they meet ethical labor standards through audits and ongoing oversight. We are committed to fair wages, safe working conditions, and responsible production practices.

Devilery

Once products are made, they are shipped to distribution centers and sold primarily through Everlane’s direct-to-consumer model, including its website and owned retail stores. Everlane also provides transparency into costs such as materials, labor, and transportation, allowing customers to better understand the value behind each product.
